The Foundation's board of directors consists of seven (7) full and seven (7) alternate members appointed by the board of trustees for terms of four (4) years.
At the first meeting of the board of directors, the chairman, vice-chairman, and accountant members are elected, and duties are assigned.
In the place of a member whose term of office ends before the end of his/her term of office for any reason, one of the substitute members shall be called to duty in order of rank.
The Board of Directors meets monthly at minimum.
If a member of the board of directors misses three (3) consecutive meetings without a good cause, he or she is presumed to have resigned from this position.
The quorum for the Board of Directors meeting is five (5) members, and decisions are made by a majority vote. In the event of a tie, the chairman's vote will count as two.
The decisions are recorded in a signed and notarized decision book.

DUTIES, POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors is the foundation's administrative and executive body. In this function, the board of directors:
a) Makes and implements all decisions consistent with the Foundation's goals.
b) Ensures that the foundation's activities are conducted regularly and effectively in accordance with the general principles defined by the board of trustees. It produces the appropriate internal legislation drafts and sends them to the Board of Trustees for approval in this context.
c) Does the required work for the evaluation of the Foundation's assets and the procurement of additional financial resources.
d) On behalf of the Foundation's legal entity, it engages in the essential legal, financial, and other transactions with all natural and legal people.
e) Appoints a director to the foundation, may form a foundation general secretariat or similar auxiliary units, and terminates their duties when necessary, provided their duties, powers, and responsibilities are clearly outlined beforehand.
f) Determines the employees to be employed by the Foundation, appoints them, decides their salaries, and, if necessary, cancels their employment.
g) It determines on the establishing and closing of domestic and international branches and representative offices in accordance with applicable law and takes the required steps in this regard.
h) It oversees and manages the Foundation's accounting operations, ensuring that the income-expense statement and balance sheets are prepared at the conclusion of the accounting period and forwarded to the appropriate administration and announced.
i) Responsible for executing the annual budget approved by the Board of Trustees.
j) Carries out the preliminary processes for Board of Trustees meetings.
k)It provides the board of trustees with the foundation's activity report for the time during board meetings.
l) undertakes other tasks as required by applicable law, the foundation's governing document, and its internal regulations.
